More in Sell what you make
Create the community, organise the people, publish what matters, run events, teach courses, send updates and choose whether membership is free, paid or both.
Your community should be more than a chat room.
A Faction gives you a place to actually run a community. Create channels for different conversations. Decide who can access them. Publish posts that don't disappear into a scrolling feed. Run events. Put courses inside the community. Send newsletters. Share documents and resources. Create member tiers. Moderate the people inside it.
And because the community lives on Klairova, you can choose to make membership part of the business too.
You decide what the community is and how it works.
Creators and brands can run Factions.
Build a community around your work, expertise, interests or audience. You can run a free community, charge for membership, create different access tiers, teach a course inside it, host member events, publish newsletters and give members resources they cannot get elsewhere.
Build and manage your own community around a product, customer base, interest or brand. Use Factions to organise members, publish updates, create exclusive spaces, host events, share resources and create paid membership programmes. A Faction isn't limited to creator audiences. It is a community management system.
Run the community itself, not just the conversation.
Create separate spaces for different conversations. A general discussion room can sit alongside announcements, resources, member-only discussions, regional groups or any other space your community needs.
Access can be controlled by membership tier.
Publish longer-form posts that members can actually find again. Mention members when you need their attention instead of hoping they see something in a fast-moving feed.
Run sessions for your community. Host member events, workshops, discussions and other sessions, then keep the recording available afterwards where supported.
Put a complete course inside your community. Your membership can include structured teaching instead of being only a place for discussion.
Send updates to your whole community or specific membership tiers. Your newsletter and your community can live together instead of splitting your audience across separate systems.
Give members the resources that make the community useful. Templates, checklists, guides, files and other materials can live inside the community where members can find them.
Give members offers or benefits you've arranged specifically for the community. A community can be valuable because of what its members can access, not only what they can read.
Collect the information that matters when people join. Ask questions that help you understand who is in your community and make the member list more useful than a collection of names.
See who is contributing and manage the community when people break the rules or participate in bad faith.
Free, paid or both.
A Faction does not have to be paid. You can run a completely free community, create a paid community, or combine both. For example:
The wider community.
Access to private channels, courses, events, resources or other benefits.
A higher level of access for members who want more. You decide what each tier includes and how much it costs.
From an empty page to a community people can actually join.
Give the community a name, describe what it is for and decide how people can join.
You can allow people to join directly or require approval.
Start with one free tier, one paid tier or several levels of membership. Set the price and decide what each tier unlocks. You can change your structure as the community grows.
Create the channels your members need. Decide which tiers can access which spaces. Add posts, documents, courses, events, newsletters and other resources.
Your Faction has a public page people can use to discover and join the community.
Members can pay in their own currency when a tier is paid.
See who is inside, understand the information you've collected about them, publish to the right people, manage access and keep the community active.
If you charge for membership, payments land in your Klairova wallet. You can then withdraw to your own payout account. If the community has collaborators, membership revenue can also be split between them.
A community can be the product.
You don't have to make everything free just because the community itself is built around conversation.
You decide what people pay for and what they receive in return.
Already have people on Telegram?
You can use Faction to put a business model around the community you've already built. Instead of relying only on Telegram for membership management and payments, you can use Faction to create the membership structure around your community.
Telegram can remain where your community lives while Faction gives you the infrastructure to manage and monetise the membership around it.
A Faction can become the home for an entire member experience.
Everything doesn't have to live in separate tools. The community is the layer that connects it.
A cinematographer creates a community for working film professionals. The free tier gives members access to the job board and general discussions. A paid tier adds industry rate benchmarks, a private gear library, member events and monthly sessions. The community becomes a place professionals return to because it gives them access to both information and people.
A creator teaches a course on product design. Instead of selling the lessons and ending the relationship when the student finishes them, the course lives inside a Faction. Members get the teaching, discussion channels, live sessions and resources in one place. The course brings people in. The community gives them a reason to stay.
A creator already runs an active Telegram channel with thousands of followers. They want to introduce a paid tier without building an entirely separate community. They use Faction to structure the membership, define what paying members receive and manage the commercial relationship around the community.
The audience they've already built can become a membership business.
Faction becomes more useful when it connects to the rest of Klairova.
A creator can use:
Send visitors from their website into the community.
Give social audiences a direct path to the Faction.
Publish longer-form writing and send it to members.
Put a paid course inside the community.
Run member events and sessions.
Let members book appointments, sessions or other scheduled experiences.
Receive membership revenue and manage earnings.
Withdraw your money to your preferred payout account.
Recommend other creators' products to your members and earn from eligible recommendations.
Build something with another creator or brand around the community. The Faction doesn't have to be your entire business. It can be the community layer connecting the rest of it.
Your members pay you.
If a Faction has paid tiers, membership payments are collected through Klairova and credited to your wallet.
For example: 100 members × ₦10,000/month = ₦1,000,000 in recurring membership revenue before applicable fees. If you run the community with someone else, you can use Splits to automatically divide eligible membership revenue according to the agreed percentages. One person doesn't have to collect all the money and transfer the other person's share manually.
Most communities are assembled from separate tools.
And the things you give your community, content, courses, events, resources, newsletters and paid access, can live alongside the community itself.
A few things to know.
A COMMUNITY NEEDS SOMETHING TO COME BACK FOR. Channels don't create a community by themselves. The strongest Factions have something people value enough to return for: useful information, access to people, teaching, events, resources, opportunities or a combination of them. FREE AND PAID TIERS CAN DO DIFFERENT JOBS.
A free tier can give people a way to discover the community. A paid tier can provide deeper access, exclusive content, courses, events, resources or other benefits. You can also run the entire Faction as a paid community. ACCESS CAN BE CONTROLLED BY CHANNEL. You don't have to create an entirely new community every time you want to give a group different access.
Different membership tiers can see different channels. MEMBERSHIP REVENUE CAN BE SHARED. If a co-founder or collaborator helps run the community, you can use Splits to give them an agreed percentage of eligible membership revenue. BRANDS CAN RUN FACTIONS. Factions are not limited to creator accounts.
Brands can create, own and operate communities of their own.
A chat group gives people somewhere to talk.
A Faction gives you the tools to run the community around that conversation.

You can absolutely run a community using Telegram, WhatsApp, email, a course platform, a ticketing system and a payment processor. The problem is the space between them. You have to move people between systems. You have to reconcile membership. You have to manage access. You have to keep track of who paid.
You have to remember where each piece of the member experience lives. Faction puts those pieces into one community system and connects them to the rest of your Klairova business.
