Yes. Campaigns, agreements, invoicing, bookings and attribution cost nothing to use. A platform fee applies only to completed payments: an invoice paid, a product sold, a paid booking, a campaign payout.
Money that actually moves through Klairova: an invoice your client pays, a sale, a paid booking or ticket, a subscription, a campaign payout. Unpaid invoices, free bookings and free downloads are never charged.
Your first 5 sales carry no platform fee, and Klairova also covers the card processing on them. This applies to selling, not to campaigns.
No cap. The rate is the same at every size: 4% in your local currency and 6.5% when the buyer pays in US dollars, pounds or euros.
Yes. Turn on “Client covers the platform fee” and the invoice adds the fee to the amount, so you receive the full figure.
No. Withdrawing your balance to your bank or mobile money is free. Each currency has a minimum withdrawal.
