الدليل الكامل باللغة الإنجليزية.
Seeding is easy to start.
And the spreadsheet that was supposed to track everything has become another thing nobody wants to update. The creators are not necessarily the problem. The process is. Product Seeding gives every part of the process a state.
Now you can see what actually happened.
Product Seeding gives brands a structured way to send products to creators in exchange for the opportunity to try and review them. You create the seeding campaign. Say what you are sending. Say how many creators you can supply.
Start with the actual programme.
You do not have to cold-message a list and hope people respond.
You choose from applicants rather than chasing people who may not even want the product.
Not everyone who applies needs to receive a product.
And when you decline someone, you can give them a reason. That small detail matters. A creator who understands why they were declined is more likely to understand what to do differently next time than one who simply disappears from the process.
Once a creator is approved, their shipping address is collected.
Record the carrier.
Now a creator who has not posted is not automatically a creator who failed to post. Maybe the product never arrived. The delivery record lets you know.
The creator posts the review.
Seeding is often treated as a box-delivery exercise.
If three of those creators produce exceptional work, you now have three creators worth considering for paid work.
That is where seeding becomes useful.
A gifted product is not the same thing as a paid campaign.
If you need a creator to produce a specific piece of content, with specific deliverables, deadlines and obligations, that is paid work.
You are putting the product in the creator's hands and giving them the opportunity to experience it and share their genuine response. Be clear about what you hope for. But do not pretend a free product is a contract.
Define what you are sending, how many creators you can supply, what you expect and when applications close.
Creators put themselves forward and explain why they fit.
Choose who gets the product.
Tell unsuccessful applicants why when appropriate.
Collect the address once a creator is approved.
Record the carrier and tracking number against the request.
Know whether the product actually arrived.
Record the post that was actually published.
Attach the seeding programme to a wider Campaign when the relationship turns into paid work.
FROM A PRODUCT TO A POST.
Add the product, number of available places, requirements and application deadline.
They tell you why they fit. You get a pool of people who want the product rather than a list of people you hope will reply.
Choose who receives the product. Their shipping address is collected as part of the process.
Add the carrier and tracking number. The shipment has a record.
See when it was shipped and when it was delivered.
The creator reviews the product and posts their content.
The post link is stored against the request and dated.
You can now see how many products were shipped, how many were delivered and how many reviews were actually posted.
A brand wants creators who genuinely want to try its product. Instead of messaging hundreds of creators individually, it opens a seeding programme. Creators apply. They explain why they want the product. The brand chooses from people who have already shown interest. The result is a different kind of pool.
Not people the brand interrupted. People who put themselves forward.
Seeding can be the beginning of the relationship.
You still need to find the right creators.
If seeding turns into paid work, the relationship needs proper terms.
If you need a specific post or deliverable, use a Brief.

GIFTED IS NOT GUARANTEED.
It can also help a creator understand why they were not selected and keep the relationship open for another programme. TRACK DELIVERY. A creator who did not post may have received the product and chosen not to. Or the product may never have arrived. Those are different situations. Record delivery so you know which one happened.
SEEDING IS NOT THE FINISH LINE. The point is not to maximise the number of boxes you send. The point is to find creators worth knowing, working with and potentially paying. THE POST IS THE OUTPUT. A shipped product is not the result. A delivered product is not the result. The review that actually gets published is what you need to record.
SEEDING CAN BECOME PAID WORK. When you find a creator who produces work you want to invest in, move the relationship into a proper campaign.
Do not turn a gifted product into an undefined obligation.
Product Seeding lets brands send products to creators through a structured process where creators apply, brands approve recipients, shipments are tracked and the reviews that are posted are recorded.
Yes. Creators apply to open seeding campaigns and explain why they want the product.
Yes. Brands review the applications and approve the creators they want to send products to.
Yes. A brand can decline an applicant and provide a reason.
No. Gifted product is not automatically a contractual obligation to publish content. If you require a specific deliverable, use paid creator work with the appropriate Brief and Agreement.
Yes. The seeding campaign can state what the brand expects or hopes for. The distinction is that an expectation is not automatically a paid contractual deliverable.
Once a creator is approved, their shipping address is collected. The brand can record the carrier and tracking number for the shipment.
Yes. The shipment records include shipped and delivered dates.
Because a creator who never received the product is different from a creator who received it and chose not to post.
Yes. The link to the creator's actual post can be recorded against the seeding request and dated.
Yes. Because each request has a state, you can see how many products were shipped, delivered and resulted in a recorded review.
Yes. Creators can discover available seeding opportunities and apply to the ones that interest them.
Yes. Creator Discovery can help the brand identify creators, while Product Seeding provides the application and fulfilment workflow.
Yes. If a creator performs well and the brand wants to work with them commercially, the relationship can move into Campaigns.
Not necessarily. Product Seeding can communicate the product, requirements and expectations. If you require a specific paid deliverable, use a Brief for that work.
Not inherently. If the relationship becomes paid work or involves specific contractual obligations, use an Agreement.
Yes. A seeding programme can sit against a wider Campaign so the gifted product and subsequent paid work can remain connected.
Seeding puts the product in a creator's hands and gives them the opportunity to try and review it. A paid campaign pays the creator for defined work and deliverables.
Because sending a product is easy. Knowing what happened afterwards is not. Product Seeding gives every stage a record, from application to approval, shipment, delivery and the review that was actually posted.
