Know which creator sold, not just who posted.

Give every creator their own tracked link, decide what each result is worth, and watch the results arrive creator by creator. When the campaign ends, everyone’s earnings are already worked out.

What’s in it

What goes into a campaign.

01

A link and a code for everyone

Each creator gets their own, so every result is credited to the right person.

02

Pay for the results you want

A base fee, or per click, sign-up, sale, download or install, per 1,000 reached, or a revenue share. Mix them if you like.

03

Different terms per creator

Six creators can work on six different deals in the same campaign.

04

A funded budget

Creators can see the campaign is funded, and you can watch the budget being spent.

05

The paperwork in one place

Brief, agreement and content submissions stay attached to the campaign.

06

Reports you can share

Share results only, or include the money as well.

How it works

From the brief to the last payout.

01Set it up

Write the brief and set the budget, currency, dates and attribution window.

02Bring creators in

Invite them by @tag or email, or open the campaign to applications.

03Let it run

Creators publish, and Klairova Pixel, KAAPI and the Klairova Mobile SDK report what happens next.

04Pay from the results

Each creator’s earnings follow from the terms you agreed.

01

When two creators reach the same buyer, the most recent eligible click gets the credit.

02

A creator’s discount code still counts if the buyer never clicked their link.

03

Each person’s clicks are counted once a day, so refreshing a page doesn’t inflate the numbers.

04

Creators see their own results, never anyone else’s.

Run creator marketing like a performance channel.

Brief creators, set the terms, give everyone their own tracking, and see exactly what each person drives. Clicks, signups, sales, attribution and payouts stay connected to the campaign from start to finish.

The idea

Stop treating every creator campaign like a collection of screenshots.

A creator campaign should tell you more than how many people posted. It should tell you who drove the traffic, who generated the sales, what each creator earned and what the campaign actually cost. Klairova gives every creator their own tracked link and code, records the results against that person, and keeps the commercial side of the campaign connected to the work.

So when the campaign ends, you don't just know that it worked. You know who worked.

For brands

Know who is actually moving the campaign.

Create the campaign, set the budget and attribution window, define what each creator is being paid, and bring the right people in. You can invite creators directly, accept applications from an open campaign, or find people through the creator directory. Once the campaign is running, you can see performance creator by creator instead of looking at one combined number.

  • Clicks.
  • Signups.
  • Sales.
  • Spend.
  • Cost per result.
  • Earnings.

And when it is time to pay, the campaign already knows what each creator is owed.

For creators

Turn campaign work into a record of performance.

Accept an invitation and your tracking link and code are created for you. Submit the content you're producing, see your own clicks and sales, and track what you've earned without waiting for the brand to send you a report. You can also run your own campaign and bring other creators into it. And when you do good work, you leave the campaign with something more useful than a screenshot:

A record of what your work actually produced.

What's inside a campaign

Everything the campaign needs, connected.

Tracking for every creator

Every participant gets a unique link and referral code. If someone clicks their link, that activity is attributed to them. If the buyer later enters their code instead, the sale can still be attributed to the same creator. You get creator-level results instead of one campaign-wide number.

Your own attribution window

Choose how long a click remains eligible for attribution. If multiple creators touch the same buyer, the most recent eligible click gets the sale. A discount code can also identify the creator when a buyer types it instead of following a link. The attribution rules belong to the campaign rather than somebody else's default settings.

Campaign budget

Fund the campaign before it starts. Creators can see that the campaign has been funded, while you can watch the budget draw down as results are generated.

Creator-specific terms

Not every creator has to get the same deal. Set a percentage of sales or a flat amount for each participant individually. Six creators can be in the same campaign on six different commercial arrangements.

Briefs and agreements

Keep the work and the deal together. Create the brief, define what needs to be delivered, and attach the agreement to the campaign so creators aren't searching through WhatsApp or email to find what they agreed to.

Content submission

Creators can submit their campaign work through the campaign itself. The work stays attached to the campaign rather than disappearing into a chat thread.

Reporting

Create a shareable campaign report when the work is done. Choose whether the report shows performance only or includes financial information. That means a client, partner or internal team can see the results without necessarily seeing the campaign's money.

Fraud checks

Suspicious click patterns are flagged so campaign spend isn't blindly attributed to traffic that does not look genuine.

How it works

From brief to payout.

  1. Create the campaign

Give the campaign a name, write the brief, set the budget, choose the currency, define the dates and set the attribution window. Choose where the traffic should go. That can be your own website or a landing page built in Klairova.

  2. Bring in creators

Invite creators by Klairova handle, email or through the creator directory. You can also make the campaign public and allow creators to apply. If someone doesn't have a Klairova account yet, they can receive the campaign invitation by email and review the terms before joining.

  3. Agree the terms

Each creator receives the campaign terms, deliverables and their rate. Once they accept, Klairova gives them their unique tracking link and code.

  4. Let the campaign run
    • Creators publish.
    • People click.
    • People sign up.
    • People buy.

Klairova records those actions against the creator who drove them. If the purchase happens on Klairova, tracking is already built in. If it happens on your own website, you can connect Klairova Pixel, Klairova Conversion API (CAPI) or both.

  5. See what each creator did
    • The campaign gives you the numbers that actually matter.
    • Not just:
    • "6 creators generated 10,000 clicks."
    • But:
    • Tobi: 1,240 clicks, 38 sales
    • Amaka: 890 clicks, 51 sales
    • Dami: 2,100 clicks, 7 sales
    • Now you know who drove attention and who drove revenue.
  6. Pay from the campaign

Creator earnings are calculated from their attributed results according to the terms you set. Their money goes into their own Klairova wallet and can then be paid out to their own bank account. The campaign doesn't end with a spreadsheet. It ends with the people who did the work getting paid.

Klairova Pixel + Klairova Conversion API (CAPI)

If you've used Meta Pixel, you already know the idea.

Meta uses a browser pixel and a server-side Conversion API to understand what happens after someone interacts with an ad. Klairova uses the same familiar approach for creator campaigns. The Klairova Pixel runs in the visitor's browser. The Klairova Conversion API (CAPI) sends conversion information from your server.

Together, they tell Klairova what happened after someone clicked a creator's link, including when that click turned into a signup or sale. That means you don't need to learn an entirely new way of tracking conversions. If your team already understands how Meta Pixel and CAPI work, the setup will feel familiar.

The Klairova Pixel

The Klairova Pixel is a small script you add to your website. It records the visitor's activity in the browser and connects the conversion back to the creator whose link brought them there. It is the quickest way to get started and does not require a developer.

The Klairova Conversion API (CAPI)

The Klairova Conversion API (CAPI) works from your server. When an order is confirmed, your backend sends the conversion directly to Klairova. Because the conversion is reported server-side, it is not dependent on the visitor's browser successfully sending the event.

Use both

You can use the Klairova Pixel and Klairova Conversion API (CAPI) together. The Pixel gives you browser-side tracking. CAPI gives you server-side tracking. Klairova matches the events from both sources so the same sale is not counted twice. If you already use Meta Pixel and Meta CAPI, you can keep using them.

Klairova's tracking simply adds another layer: understanding which creator caused the conversion and what that creator should be credited or paid for.

Setup

Don't spend your afternoon wiring up tracking.

If your campaign sends traffic to your own website, the technical setup can be done with you by Klairova's technical team. They can install the Pixel, connect CAPI, send a test conversion and confirm that the event is being received correctly. The setup supports Shopify, WooCommerce, custom websites and other stacks.

Campaigns need somewhere to send people

Build the landing page in Klairova.

  • You don't need to create a separate campaign page every time you run a campaign.
  • Klairova includes landing-page templates for common campaign jobs such as:
  • Product launches
  • Lead capture
  • Waitlists
  • Multi-step funnels
  • The templates are editable and can collect submissions.

Funnels also show where people drop off, so you can see what happens after the creator sends the traffic.

Three ways to use Campaigns

A brand testing creators

A skincare brand wants to find out which creators can actually sell its new product. It brings six creators into one campaign. Everyone gets their own link, code and commercial terms. At the end, one creator has generated huge reach but few sales. Another has generated less traffic but far more purchases.

The brand now has evidence for its next booking decision. It knows who to increase spend with.

A creator running a campaign

A creator launches a product and wants other creators to help sell it. They create a campaign, invite four people, set each person's rate and give them individual tracking. Now the creator can see who is actually generating sales and pay everyone from the same campaign. The campaign infrastructure isn't limited to brands.

Creators can use it too.

An open creator campaign

  • A brand doesn't want to limit the campaign to a hand-picked list.
  • It opens the campaign to applications.
  • Creators discover it, review the terms and apply.
  • The brand approves the creators who fit.

Everyone approved gets their own tracking and the brand can compare performance across the people it would never have discovered through its existing network.

The performance record

A campaign should be useful after it ends.

  • Every creator leaves with a record of what they produced.
  • Clicks.
  • Signups.
  • Sales.
  • Earnings.

For brands, that means the next campaign can start with evidence from the last one. For creators, it means the work can become part of a broader record of performance. Your campaign history becomes useful when you are deciding:

  • Who should we work with again?
  • Who actually converts?
  • What does this creator produce for us?
  • What can this creator show another brand?

Before you run a campaign

A few things to know.

Attribution uses last click

If two creators both bring the same buyer, the most recent eligible click gets the conversion.

You choose the attribution window for each campaign.

Codes can attribute a sale

If a buyer uses a creator's discount code instead of following their tracked link, the code can identify that creator.

Clicks are counted once per person per day

Repeated refreshes from the same visitor don't continuously inflate the click count.

Creators see their own results

Each creator can see their own performance and earnings. They cannot see the performance of other creators participating in the campaign.

Public reports can hide financial information

When you create a shareable report, you can choose whether people see financial information or performance only.

Campaigns vs the old way

The alternative isn't always another software product.

  • For many brands, creator campaigns still run through:
  • WhatsApp.
  • Email.
  • Screenshots.
  • Spreadsheets.
  • Bank transfers.
  • A campaign can work that way.
  • But the work becomes fragmented.
  • The brief is somewhere.
  • The agreement is somewhere else.
  • Creators send screenshots.
  • Someone combines the numbers.
  • Someone calculates commission.
  • Someone sends the money.
  • Nobody is quite sure which number is the final one.
  • Klairova connects those pieces to the campaign itself.

Why Klairova

Creator marketing has always had a measurement problem.

  • A brand can tell you how many people saw a post.
  • It is much harder to tell you which creator actually caused someone to act.
  • Klairova connects the creator to the action.
  • The person who generated the click is attached to the click.
  • The person who generated the sale is attached to the sale.
  • The commercial terms are attached to the creator.
  • The payout is attached to the result.
  • And the record stays with the campaign.

That is what turns creator marketing from a collection of posts into a measurable market.

FAQ

Do I need to install anything?

Only when the purchase happens on your own website. If you sell through Klairova, tracking is already built in. If you sell through your own site, you can use Klairova Pixel, Klairova Conversion API (CAPI) or both.

I already use Meta Pixel. Why do I need Klairova Pixel?

Meta Pixel helps Meta understand what happens after someone interacts with your advertising. Klairova Pixel helps Klairova understand what happens after someone interacts with a creator's campaign link. They can run alongside each other. If you already understand Meta Pixel, the Klairova Pixel will feel familiar: it uses the same basic browser-side approach to record what happens after someone arrives on your site.

The difference is what Klairova does with that information: it connects the conversion to the individual creator who drove it, so you can measure their performance and calculate what they are owed.

What is Klairova Conversion API (CAPI)?

Klairova Conversion API (CAPI) is the server-side version of Klairova's conversion tracking. Instead of relying on the visitor's browser to report a purchase, your server sends the conversion directly to Klairova when the order is confirmed. If you've used Meta CAPI, the concept will be familiar. You can use Klairova Pixel and Klairova CAPI together, and Klairova matches the events so the same conversion is not counted twice.

Can I use Klairova Pixel and Meta Pixel together?

Yes. They serve different systems and can run alongside each other. Klairova can also send tracked conversions to Meta Conversions API when you connect your Meta dataset.

What happens if two creators drive the same sale?

The most recent eligible click within the campaign's attribution window receives the conversion. If the buyer uses a creator's discount code, the code can identify the creator instead.

Can I invite someone who doesn't have a Klairova account?

Yes. Invite them by email. They can review the campaign before deciding, and their invitation will be waiting when they create their Klairova account with that address.

Can creators run Campaigns too?

Yes. Campaigns aren't restricted to brands. A creator can create a campaign and invite other creators to help promote their own product.

Can I pay creators a flat fee?

Yes. A participant can be assigned a percentage of what they sell or a flat amount. Different creators in the same campaign can have different terms.

Can creators see each other's results?

No. Each creator sees their own clicks, sales and earnings. The campaign owner can see the performance of everyone participating.

How does attribution work?

Each creator gets a unique tracking link and referral code. The campaign uses the attribution window you set and assigns the conversion according to the campaign's attribution rules.
