OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) keep a goal honest: one clear objective and a few measurable results that prove you got there. The discipline is making each key result a number. This free generator structures your objective and key results into a clean OKR. Print it to PDF or share a link.

How it works

Write one clear objective

Ambitious and qualitative, the direction you want.

2

Add measurable key results

Three to five numbers that prove you got there.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between an objective and a key result?

The objective is the qualitative goal ("become the go-to brand for founders"). Key results are the measurable outcomes that prove it ("email list to 5,000", "4% engagement"). If a key result has no number, it is not a key result yet.

How many OKRs should I set?

One objective with three to five key results per period is plenty. Too many and you lose focus, which defeats the point.

How do I track my key results?

You need real numbers. On Klairova your sales, campaigns, audience and payouts live in one place, so the metrics behind your key results are easy to pull.
