Frequently asked questions

How long should an elevator pitch be?

About one or two sentences, the time of a short lift ride. If it runs longer than 20–30 seconds spoken, tighten it. Clarity beats completeness.

Should I memorise it word for word?

Learn the shape, not a script. Know your who, problem, solution and edge so you can say it naturally and adjust to who you are talking to.

Where do I use my pitch?

In your bio, your intros and your outreach. On Klairova you can put the same line at the top of your link-in-bio and website so it works even when you are not in the room.
