Pretty work wins compliments. Work with results attached wins the next job. Put the client, your part in it and the numbers beside each piece, and let your Klairova campaigns supply the figures.
What’s in it
Reach, clicks, sign-ups or sales sit next to each piece. When the campaign ran on Klairova, those figures arrive on their own.
Show who has hired you before, and let them say what it was like.
Tell people what they can book you for and where your work has been written about.
Fifty layouts, so a photographer, a filmmaker and an art director each get a page that suits how they work.
The portfolio lives at its own link, ready to drop into a pitch or a bio.
How it works
Start from the one closest to the kind of work you do.
For each piece, name the client, your role and the brief.
Klairova campaigns fill in their own numbers; add anything else by hand.
Publish, then paste the link into your next pitch.
Your portfolio shows what you can do, your media kit shows who you reach, and your rate card shows what it costs. Brands usually want all three.

More in Get found and get hired
A portfolio for creators and publishers who want more than a gallery of pretty images. Show the work, who it was for, what you did and what it produced. Add clients, testimonials, services and press, then publish one link you can send to anyone considering hiring you.
A collection of beautiful work is not the same thing as a convincing portfolio.
A brand looking at your portfolio is trying to answer a simple question: "If we hire this person, what can they actually do for us?" They want to see the work. But they also want to know who it was for, what your role was, what happened after it went live and whether you can produce that kind of result again.
A campaign can look beautiful.
A video can look incredible. A piece of writing can be excellent. But when a prospective client is deciding whether to hire you, the outcome matters too.
Whatever the work was actually measured by. Add those results alongside the work they came from. And when the work was part of a Klairova Campaign, those results can come directly from the campaign tracking rather than from a screenshot or a number you typed yourself. The result is a portfolio that shows not only what you made, but what happened because you made it.
Show the campaigns, content and projects that demonstrate what you can do. Give prospective clients a quick way to see your best work, the brands you've worked with and the results you've produced.
Show advertisers where their work can appear, who you reach and what previous campaigns delivered. You can present placements, readership, campaign work, testimonials and relevant results in one place.
Use a portfolio to present your team's work, creative output, previous projects or selected case studies when you're pitching clients or partners. A portfolio is not only for individuals. It is for anyone whose work needs to be evaluated before someone says yes.
A photographer shouldn't have to present their work like a strategist.
A videographer shouldn't have to use the same structure as an art director. And a multidisciplinary creator shouldn't have to force every kind of work into a single gallery. Klairova gives you 50 portfolio designs organised around different disciplines and ways of presenting work.
Image-first layouts that let the work do the talking.
Reel-led structures designed around video work.
Editorial layouts for work that needs more context.
Big visual treatments for creators whose work is the main event.
A flexible structure for people working across several disciplines.
A more complete presentation for teams and creative businesses.
Magazine-style layouts for image-led portfolios. And more. Choose the structure that makes sense for the kind of work you want to be hired for.
Choose the pieces that make the strongest case for your ability.
Show what each piece produced: reach, clicks, sales or another meaningful measure.
Show who has trusted you before.
Tell prospective clients what they can hire you to do.
Let previous clients explain what it was like to work with you.
Show where your work has been featured or written about.
Give someone who wants to hire you a clear way to reach you.
This is where your portfolio can become more than a collection of claims.
If a piece of work was run through a Klairova Campaign, its performance can be connected to the campaign that measured it.
Verified by Klairova campaign tracking. The brand looking at your portfolio doesn't have to take the number on faith in the same way they would with a screenshot. The result has a source. And over time, your campaigns can build a record of the work you've produced and what it achieved.
From your work to one link.
Pick a portfolio design that matches your discipline and the kind of work you want to show.
There are 50 designs to choose from.
Add the pieces you want prospective clients to see. Include the client, what you worked on and the context that matters.
Attach the numbers that demonstrate what the work produced. If the work ran through Klairova Campaigns, the available campaign results can be connected to the portfolio piece.
One link replaces the collection of screenshots and files you might otherwise send.
A creator is pitching a brand they have never worked with. Instead of sending a folder of work, they send one portfolio link. The brand can see three relevant campaigns, who the work was for and what each campaign produced. The conversation can start with the work instead of the creator having to prove they are worth considering.
The client can evaluate the cost against the evidence rather than against a follower count or an arbitrary rate.
A publisher has years of successful campaigns sitting in old presentations and folders. They select the strongest work, organise it into a portfolio and attach the relevant results. Now every future pitch can draw from the same body of evidence.
The work keeps selling after the original campaign is over.
They answer different questions.
The Portfolio shows what you can do.
The Rate Card shows what it costs. A prospective client can look at your work first, understand the level you're operating at and then see the price attached to the services they are interested in.
You don't have to turn your Portfolio into a pricing document.
Campaigns creates the evidence.
Your social profile is where people discover you.
Your Link in Bio is where you give them somewhere to go. Your Portfolio is where you show them the work. Put the Portfolio behind your social link so a prospective client can move from discovering you to evaluating your work without having to search for it.
A gallery shows images.
A portfolio builds a case.

A PDF can still work.
And when someone needs a downloadable document, you can still use other Klairova tools designed for presentations and decks.
A few things to know.
SHOW YOUR BEST WORK, NOT ALL YOUR WORK. A prospective client is not looking for an archive. They are looking for evidence that you can do the job they are considering hiring you for. MAKE THE RESULTS RELEVANT. A number without context is less useful than a number attached to the work that produced it.
If you have 2.1M reach, explain what generated it. IF YOU HAVE VERIFIED RESULTS, USE THEM. Work tracked through Klairova Campaigns can carry the results recorded by the campaign. That is stronger than asking someone to trust a screenshot. KEEP THE CONTEXT SHORT. The work should remain the focus. Give enough information to understand the project, your role and the result without turning every portfolio piece into a ten-page case study.
Your work should not disappear when the campaign ends.
Klairova Portfolio gives your work a permanent home and gives the results somewhere to live beside it. And when the work was measured through Klairova, the evidence can stay connected to the system that produced it.
Together, they become the commercial infrastructure around your creator business.
You can still add it to your Portfolio. Add the work, client and whatever results you have available. Work that ran through a Klairova Campaign can use the results recorded by that campaign, which gives those numbers a different level of verification.
Yes. Not every project has a meaningful performance metric. You can still show the work and explain what you did.
If you work across different disciplines or types of clients, separate portfolios can make sense. A brand hiring you for one kind of work does not necessarily need to see everything else you do.
A Portfolio shows your work and what it produced. A Media Kit shows your audience, reach, engagement and demographics.
Creators often need both when pitching brands.
Your Portfolio demonstrates the quality and results of your work.
Your Rate Card explains what you charge for that work.
