Your calendar should not require a conversation before someone can book it.
Schedule is for anything where someone needs to book a specific slice of your time.
Offer a short free call before someone commits to a larger engagement. You can have a free 15-minute introduction and a paid 60-minute session on the same Schedule page.
Let clients book a service, appointment or session without going through your inbox.
Let brands book time with you when they want to discuss a collaboration.
Give advertisers, contributors or partners a direct way to book time with the right person.
For one-off virtual sessions where people need to select a time and receive the relevant booking information automatically. The principle is simple: If one person is booking a slice of your available time, Schedule is the right tool.
You decide what your time costs.
A Schedule page can have different booking types. For example:
15 minutes Free
60 minutes ₦75,000
45 minutes ₦50,000
You decide when people can book you.
Set the days and times you accept bookings. Nothing outside those hours is offered.
Leave time between bookings. A 15-minute buffer means one call doesn't immediately crash into the next.
Decide how far in advance someone has to book. No one should be able to book you 20 minutes from now because they happened to find your link.
It disappears from your available times without you having to rebuild your schedule.
Connect Google Calendar so existing commitments block those times automatically. Your Schedule should reflect your actual day, not a second calendar you have to maintain separately.
Sometimes you need information before the appointment.
That means you can arrive prepared instead of spending the first ten minutes figuring out why they booked.
If the booking costs money, payment happens when the slot is reserved.
Once someone books, both sides get the information they need.
And when something changes, the system handles the update rather than making you restart the conversation.
People change their plans.
You don't need to manage every change through email. Schedule handles rescheduling and cancellation through the booking itself, according to the rules you set.
Less confusion about which time was actually agreed.
Your booking page is often the first thing a paying client sees.
It should look like part of your business, not a calendar widget pasted onto a random page. Choose from 21 Schedule designs.
From your availability to a confirmed booking.
Name each session. Set its duration. Choose whether it is free or paid.
Connect Google Calendar so existing commitments automatically prevent those times from being offered.
Ask anything you need to know before the appointment.
Choose from 21 booking page designs and customise the page around your service.
They choose an available time. If the booking is paid, they pay at booking.
A creator gets regular partnership enquiries. Instead of spending the first part of every conversation trying to find a suitable time, they put their Schedule link in their email signature. A brand wants to discuss a campaign. They open the link. They see the creator's available times. They choose one.
The meeting lands on both calendars. The creator can even ask what the brand wants to discuss before the call.
Rate Card tells people what your work costs.
If someone books a paid session, they pay when they book.
The money lands in your Klairova Wallet. You don't need to create an invoice after the session simply because the booking was paid. Schedule handles the booking. Wallet handles the money.
Some bookings are simple.
These two products deliberately solve different problems.
Your social audience needs somewhere to go.

A few things to know.
You don't have to invoice someone afterwards just because they booked a paid session. CONNECT YOUR REAL CALENDAR. Without connecting your existing calendar, Klairova only knows about bookings made through Klairova. Connect Google Calendar so existing commitments can block those times automatically. SET A NOTICE PERIOD.
If you don't want someone booking you 30 minutes from now, set the appropriate notice period. SET BUFFERS. A call that ends at 4:00 doesn't necessarily mean you want another call starting at 4:00. Give yourself the breathing room you need. USE FREE BOOKINGS INTENTIONALLY. A free intro can be useful.
But don't accidentally make your entire calendar free because you forgot to set the price on the booking type that should be paid.
Your time is part of your business.
And because it sits inside Klairova, that booking doesn't have to exist on its own. It can connect to your Rate Card.
The booking is one part of the commercial system around your time.
