As condições que valem quando você usa a Klairova. Dúvidas sobre elas: [email protected]. Estes documentos valem em inglês.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Klairova Technologies Limited ("Klairova", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the platform available at klairova.com and all related services.
By creating an account or using Klairova in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Klairova Technologies Limited operates the market layer of the creator economy, a platform that enables brands to run and measure creator campaigns, and helps creators track, prove, and monetise the results they drive. The platform is operated from Nigeria and serves users across Africa and globally.
To use Klairova, you must:
By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Klairova is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
You may not create more than one account per person or entity, or create an account on behalf of someone else without their permission.
Klairova offers two primary account types:
Brand accounts can create and manage creator campaigns, invite creators, track attribution data (clicks, signups, purchases), manage payments and commissions, build a public website, and access campaign analytics.
Creator accounts can participate in brand-initiated campaigns and also create and fund their own creator-led campaigns (where the creator acts as the campaign owner). Creators can receive unique tracking links, view performance data, issue invoices, sell digital products, build a public portfolio, and connect social media accounts for engagement tracking.
When a creator creates their own campaign, they act as the campaign owner and are responsible for funding, managing participants, and disbursing commissions, the same obligations that apply to brands under these Terms apply equally to creators in that capacity.
You agree to use Klairova only for lawful purposes. You must not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms without notice.
Klairova provides tools for brands to create campaigns and track the performance of creators using unique tracking links, referral codes, and event APIs. Attribution is based on click events, referral cookies (30-day), and server-side conversion events.
Klairova does not guarantee specific campaign results. Attribution data is provided on a best-efforts basis and may be subject to browser restrictions, ad blockers, or other technical limitations.
Brands are responsible for setting accurate campaign terms, commission rates, and payout conditions. Creators are responsible for complying with campaign requirements and applicable advertising disclosure laws (e.g. disclosing paid partnerships on social media).
Klairova sets minimum amounts a campaign may offer, and a minimum campaign budget, so that offers put in front of creators are worth their time. The applicable minimums are shown in your campaign’s currency while you set it up, and are checked when a campaign is created or edited. A campaign that was valid when you created it will not be interrupted later. Klairova may change these minimums, and a change applies to campaigns created or edited after it takes effect.
Choosing not to pay for a particular outcome is always allowed. A minimum applies only to an amount you do set.
A reference identifying the creator travels with a Klairova tracking link, so that you, the advertiser, can tell which creator sent each visitor and use that in your own analytics and advertising tools.
Klairova facilitates payments between brands, creators, and campaign participants through licensed payment providers. By using payment features, you also agree to the terms of the provider that handles your transaction.
Klairova charges a processing fee on transactions as follows:
Fees are deducted at the point of payout or transfer. We reserve the right to update these rates with prior notice to registered users.
Campaign budgets are pre-loaded as credits before inviting creators, and held by Klairova until milestones are verified and payouts manually released
Creators who create and fund their own campaigns are subject to the same budget crediting and disbursement obligations as brands
Klairova is not responsible for payment disputes between parties. We will make reasonable efforts to facilitate resolution but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
To comply with applicable financial regulations and to protect the integrity of the payment system, Klairova requires identity verification (KYC) from users who access payment features.
Before receiving payouts, creators must provide:
Before funding campaigns or initiating payments, registered companies must provide:
Unregistered companies are permitted on the platform and are classified under a Freelancer account tag. They must provide individual identity information (address, NIN, and individual Tax ID) equivalent to the requirements for creators. We strongly encourage unregistered businesses to formalise their registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) to access full platform features.
Providing false identity or business registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence.
Where you invoice an external client, or sell on your own website, Klairova provides the tools but is not a party to that transaction. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of invoices, the quality and delivery of what you sell, and compliance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Some sales happen on Klairova itself: a course, a book, a product in the Market, an event ticket, a paid community membership, or a checkout on a Klairova page or funnel. For these, the buyer transacts through Klairova, we process the payment, and we issue the receipt. Klairova is the platform of record for that sale.
This means the customer relationship is shared. You keep the customer’s contact details in full and may export and use them. Klairova also holds them and may contact that customer about the platform, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell customer data, we do not build audiences for one seller out of another seller’s customers, and every marketing email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe.
Buyers who purchase on your own external website are not affected by this. We never receive their contact details from you unless you choose to send them for conversion measurement, and they do not become Klairova contacts.
You remain responsible for the quality and delivery of what you sell, and for your own obligations to your customers, on Klairova-hosted sales as well.
Klairova allows creators to connect social accounts so that engagement on posts linked to a campaign can be reported. The platforms available to connect are shown in your settings and may change over time. By connecting a social account, you:
You can disconnect any social account at any time from your Settings page. Klairova does not post on your behalf or access your private messages.
All content, design, code, and technology on the Klairova platform is the intellectual property of Klairova Technologies Limited and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the platform (profile photos, portfolio items, blog posts, digital products). By uploading content, you grant Klairova a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Klairova platform without our express written permission.
Klairova relies on third-party services, including licensed payment providers, cloud infrastructure and communication providers, and the social and advertising platforms you choose to connect. Where you connect or transact through one of those services, your use of it is subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policy, and Klairova is not responsible for its availability, accuracy, or conduct.
Klairova is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klairova disclaims all warranties and liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Klairova's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Klairova in the 12 months preceding the claim, or NGN 50,000, whichever is lower.
You may delete your account at any time from your Settings page. Upon deletion, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Klairova may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any reason at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify you via email or an in-platform notification for significant changes. Your continued use of Klairova after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
